Excellent Customer Service & Food. I hosted a surprise party for my spouse here, recently. The wait staff & the owner were wonderful & helpful and took care of everything for us. They managed to serve about 40 people simultaneously & efficiently & I heard many of my guests say that they thought the food was very good. Horrible customer service.....nasty food!. The workers were some of the most rude people I have ever encountered. They were horrible! We ordered take-out, and opened the box at home to find a small box of greasy fried rice and some disgusting chicken....totally greasy with weird parts and pieces with some dried-up veggies on top. I took one bite and made myself a sandwich!…

Fortune Inn--Kenmore. I have been there a few times using a two for one coupon and the food was just average however the last time I went the food was absolutely horrible and this was on a Saturday night. I asked for Chow Mein with crunchy noodles and was given pasta with a heavy brown sauce. The only way I could tell the prawn from the chicken was by the tail. Both were tasteless and dried out. Nasty food. Will not go back again.…
