Excellent Customer Service & Food. I hosted a surprise party for my spouse here, recently. The wait staff & the owner were wonderful & helpful and took care of everything for us. They managed to serve about 40 people simultaneously & efficiently & I heard many of my guests say that they thought the food was very good. Not any complaints from my group, just appreciation for a job well done.

Horrible customer service.....nasty food!. The workers were some of the most rude people I have ever encountered. They were horrible! We ordered take-out, and opened the box at home to find a small box of greasy fried rice and some disgusting chicken....totally greasy with weird parts and pieces with some dried-up veggies on top. I took one bite and made myself a sandwich!

Fortune Inn--Kenmore. I have been there a few times using a two for one coupon and the food was just average however the last time I went the food was absolutely horrible and this was on a Saturday night. I asked for Chow Mein with crunchy noodles and was given pasta with a heavy brown sauce. The only way I could tell the prawn from the chicken was by the tail. Both were tasteless and dried out. Nasty food. Will not go back again.

Great Chinese Food!. Fortune Inn has some of the best Chinese food I've eated in a while -- especially the honey walnut prawns! The restaurant is quiet (no karaoke), the service is good and the food is reasonably priced. The restaurant is quite a distance from my house, but it's well worth the drive!
