Jones Lighting is bad like the other review

I personally worked for Eric for over seven years, and not only did he make it a point to take care of everyone, he went beyond what SHOULD have been done. He never hung up on anyone, always dealt with problems as they came to him, and took care of anyone that called his number. Jones Lighting is no longer in business, and its a shame. You should all be so lucky to have a person like this in your life.

Eric, the owner, is rude and hung up on us when we called to inquire about an invoice. Do not work with him if you want good customer service.
