worst place ever!!. Had a mani pedi last week and it was a very unpleasant experience. The tall skinny, straight haired girl had a terrible attitude. The water was scalding hot and when I mentioned that she looked like she was offended. The same thing happened to the woman in the chair who came in after me. The girl was rude , didn't answer when you spoke to her, looked angry and when she cut down my nails she cut it so my toe bled. I WILL NEVER BE BACK!!! AWFUL!

Love this place. World Nails is extremely affordable (a mani-pedi is $27!) and the quality of service exceeded my expectations. My only complaint is that they can get so busy that I have to wait for awhile. It is certainly worth the wait though!

DISASTISFIED CUSTOMERS. great salon. my only problem is hardly anyone makes an appointment. so the few of us that do, end up with hurried service. every time i'm there(after i've made an appointment) at least 10 people walk-in and expect service right away. it's not fair to the rest of us that had the common sense to make an appointment. the women of issaquah are so self consumed and have that "it's all about me attitude". they don't stop to think that by just walking in might throw a wrench into things.MAKE AN APPOINTMENT and we'll all get better service. or hey maybe call before you just stop in.

Definetly want to comeback. So i came to this salon for the first time the other day, and i ablsolutely love the service! i messed up my nails twice and they fixed it without attitude or anything like that. AND i came in late for my appointment, yet they still did my nails. Their spa chairs are really nice. Its super sanitary since they put disposable plastic liners into the tub for each customer. And the prices were really unexpected. Only 27 dollars for a Mani-Pedi. Overall, i rate this shop 5 stars.

Nice Service. I'm a frequent customer here and I'm pretty impressed with their service! the only bad thing was that they can be really busy. THe lady named Kathy did my nails and she was very nice. I came with a couple of my friends and whenever they or I had a problem, Kathy would fix it immediatly. I'm a long time customer here and i would recogmend that if you ever had a problem with one of the employees, just ask to talk to Kathya dn things will be solved.

CHOOSE CAREFULLY!. I have to be honest and say that i do agree with the other postings! The first time i went there, a lady name Mai put a set of nails on me, she is such a sweet and gentle lady and she does an AMAZING job!!! I did go back for a fill (not requesting anyone specific) A different lady did the fill on my nails and was so unbelievably rude and rough!!! She literally was flinging my hand down nail by nail, the weirdest/roughest/sloppiest person ever!!! A few of the workers are definately not friendly (just so happens, i myself am caucasion) I will say though, there are a couple(including Mai) who are very friendly and do an excellent job! I WILL GO BACK, BY APPOINTMENT WITH MAI ONLY OF COURSE, I HAVE NEVER HAD ANYONE DO NAILS AS WELL AS SHE DOES!!!

Not impressed. This is the worst nail salon we've been to thus far. The salon personnel rush through pedicures and don't even massage your legs or scrub your feet very much. I was asked to go sit with my hand in cold water for a manicure. That was 30 minutes ago, and they still don't even know that I've left my seat to accompany my daughter. She finally received a very ugly "flower?" On her big toes after we requested it 3 times. We are just waiting on a friend of mine that was left sitting to wait with her feet in cold water for her pedicure. It is ridiculous! She was waiting like that the entire time that my daughter and I had our rushed pedicures! Normally I frequent 3 different salons in Bellevue which all have much better service and attention to detail! They all massage your legs too and charge the same roughly $20-$25.

Disgusted by racist attitude. I was quite disgusted by the racist attitude that was all too obvious both times I went there (I wanted to give the benefit of the doubt). The service my caucasian friends received (they were not happy with the quality of work either) was distinctly different than women of color like myself. My friends and I were so enraged and when we called it out, they pretended to not understand English!! They make you pay before completion of pedi/mani and your service also varies based on gratuity.

There are several salons that offer better service for the same amount and my humble request to all you ladies out there, please do not support this business that has no ethics and respect for human rights like this one.
