Racist Bank Branch!!!. I am a long time BofA customer and even have my home loan financed through them. I am of Asian descent and have not experience the racism myself, but I recently talked my husband, an African-American, to open an account at this branch of BofA. I am very disappointed in their service to him. On countless occasions, they have been rude, condescending, snide, and very disrespectful. We even spoke to the Asst. Manager at the branch who admitted that he was lied to by tellers and was disclosed very inaccurate information. Though she admitted this poor behavior, she refused to take accountability and simply apologize for the discriminatory and subpar service my husband experienced. I plan to close all of my accounts with this bank and would advise any anti-discriminatory member of the community to do the same.
