Not Consistent, Bad Service. I'll admit that I am the first to complain when I don't feel like I get the bang for my buck. My husband bought flowers from here a few times before and they were always beautiful. However, with this last delivery I will never buy or refer to here again. The boquet showed up looking nothing like the picture, it was over 1/2 greenery when it was supposed to be pink and white. When I called the owner she said "it's really hard to get it to look exactly like the picture, they are in bloom in the photo but not when they are delivered always" now this I understand, however it wasn't even close. She was kind enough to have another boquet sent over the next day, however it was the smaller cheaper boquet not the "premium" one my husband upgraded to. When I chased down the driver (I was standing in the pouring rain while he sat in the car and talked to me) and told him it wasn't the right one and all he said was "that's what she gave me" I told him to grab the other one and compare the size and again I got (with some exasperation) "that's what she gave me" Ridiculous to say the least. I published some photos for all to see. It was the Cotton Candy boquet that went wrong. Let me tell you all that I earned it and am very happy to get flowers at all. I wasn't the one disappointed overall, but my husband knew what he paid for. Also, we referred friends and the delivery went all wrong. The bear and chocolate were forgotten and they had to call to get them delivered the next day. Good website, easy to order but the quality and service lack greatly.
