Great Line of Products, but the firing of Cathy, our beloved

I represent the over 1000 seniors at SHAG - Senior Housing Assos. Group in Kent. A 3 building, beautiful retirement community that prefers Mud Bay for their unprecedented amount of pets in a small area. Cathy at the 240th Store was just let go to our deep dismay. She by far is the most popular and smartest, product wise girl you've ever had their. She was moved over for manager in the last shift change for whatever reasons, and we here wanted to let you know, she's a hands on people person with excellent product knowledge, that seems to have a smile and an answer for all your pet needs probably due to her own pets who she spends a lot to feed and care for. We feel something wrong had to have taken place for her to no longer be there. We want her back and are willing to shop at Pet Pro's who have duplicated your store by carrying the same products but with no knowledge. Your manager doesn't believe her customers when complaints are offered on differnet pet foods that they handle every day and know the product a lot better that her, but she represents the pet food manuf. and not the customers, which is fine, but not to us. We would truly like management to consider bringing her back. She's to nice to have done anything worth firing her for. She should be running that store, and that comes from a very successful manager, on larger store and inventory. Please give her another chance so we can return to your store.
