OUTSTANDING SERVICE/ COMFORTABLE ACCOMMODATIONS. 9/11/2011, There were six of us that stayed 3 days before our Alaskan cruise, we were amazed at the outstanding service, the hot daily breakfasts, the comfortable accommodations and the cleanliness of the hotel. Most of all the friendly attitude of the front desk and crew will be long remembered. We highly recommend staying here and certainly would stay here again the next time we are in town.…

It's like a home away from home. Even though the building is pretty old ...the service and quality really makes up for it.
I was in Kent on business and wasn't able to make it home due to the storm. I called the this hotel and they gave me a wonderful rate.
When I got to my room it was nice and toasty. Big plus since outside was freezing.
The breakfast was hot and delicious. A great variety of choices to eat. The entire staff were really cheerful and greeted me every time they saw me. That made me feel really welcome. Unlike other places where they usually ignore you.
The room was comfortable and pleasant. I actually had a good nights sleep.
When I'm back in the Kent area...I sure know where I'm going to stay at again!!!…
