When buying a car start here!. I love this place. Have purchased several cars. I find a car I want. They look up what they can give me for my car and I decide to buy or not. It's quick and easy none of that usal car sales pressure. I will be back when it's time to replace my car again.
Purchased two vehicles great experience. Service is always great, no pressure at all. Worked with Randy Good he was friendly and helpful. We never felt worked over at all. Purchase took no time at all actually it was our own indecisiveness as to what options we wanted that took the most time. Otherwise we would have been in and out with our new cars in about an hour.
Buyer Beware! Bowen Scarff Ford is dishonest!. Buyer beware! I bought a used 2006 Ford F350 to tow my travel trailer. Test drive was fine but when I got the truck home and hooked up my trailer, there was a very loud rattle. It turned out the truck had an after market exhaust that wasn't disclosed and was faulty. Rear brakes started smoking within a week. I had repairs done by my trusted mechanic and asked Bowen Scarff to cover the cost for the work that should have been done prior to sale. They declined. I will never buy another vehicle from them and want to warn others to beware - they do not stand behind the vehicles they sell and they do not disclose things that should be disclosed prior to taking your money.
VERY DISAPPOINTING! VERY FRUSTRATING! They had a great deal on a SUV that I have been researching for quite a while, called Dave Gray and told him everything about my trade that I had, and the amount I wanted for it. I made sure to tell him everything I needed because I didn't want to waste my time (and his time) driving up there for no reason. He said that the amount I was looking for seems right and it checks out on paper and he just needed to take a look at it. Drove 3 hours to get there with my wife and 4y/o and 8mo/o, got there and Dave was busy so he pawned me off to an associate (who was really nice), test drove the SUV, got back to the dealership....still no dave, they looked at my car which was just how I had mentioned it over the phone and they offered me $4,000 less than Dave and I had spoke about with no explanation....Wasted SIX hours of my families life when he could have told me over the phone what they would give me for my car! In hind site I now realize that Dave probably knew I wouldn't get the amount I wanted for the car, was hoping that I wouldn't drive all the way there and leave empty handed, and didn't want to take the heat...just a hunch. Horrible experience and would not recommend anyone going there at all, or at least DEFINITELY not with a trade, and I won't be going back there at all.
