The Best Out There!. I've brought my dogs here countless times and couldn't be happier with the service. This kennel really seems to go above and beyond to satisfy their customers! I've also recently gotten one of my dogs groomed by Jamie and am ecstatic about the results, she really did an amazing job and I will definitely be returning.

So Upset - My dog was attacked here.... We have taken our dog here once before with no issues, including day stays for just doggie daycare. We liked this kennel because it was close to the airport and they are open for a few hours on Sundays so we can pick up our dog before the week starts.

We recently went on a cruise and had no cell phone service at all. When we got back into port, I saw I and my husband had a message. It was the owner of the Kennel, Brett stating to call him about our dog (they never contacted the emergency contact that was given). I called him and he called back right away letting me know that while his staff was out walking the dog, another dog being walked attacked him. Of course we rushed to the kennel to get him. He has over 20 punctures on 3 of his legs and 2 on his back (they did take him to the vet to be checked) so he's hurt and shaved now.

I understand these things happen, but to me this is not acceptable. I love my dog very much and as much as you pay for this boarding, you want peace of mind. I was informed those staff had been let go, but to me this is something that should NEVER had happened.

My dog will be ok, but it could have been worse and would hate for any others to be hurt because of carelessness.

Comfort for my pet.. Holiday Kennels has a long dog 'run' for each dog! None of that 4'x4' crate-style boarding. Five stars for friendly staff, unusually comfortable accomodations and willingness to comply with even the most strict instructions from nervous pet-parents. :)
