This place knows their stuff when it comes to towing. Torklift is always good about making sure that what I do is safe and done right. It may not always be cheap, but at least I know its done right and I don't have to second guess them. You leave with a good feeling that you bought the good stuff. They sell american made as much as possible which is good stuff in my book. I trust these guys with all of my towing equipment.

Love This Place. Just got back from Torklift today. Had a pullrite 5th wheel hitch installed in my truck bed. This place always reminds me of why I continue to come back. This is my 3rd time in 10 years. They provide excellent service and keep their promises. Their sales team is very informative with lots of information. Torklift is the only place that I go. Thats why I keep coming back. Great Service!

Everything Was Excellent!. Everything was excellent from the price, to the installation, and office work. I will be sharing my testimony with everyone! These guys are great. They not only have the highest level of customer service I have ever seen but the price is always right. I will be back for sure!

Trailer Repair is Excellent. Mike replaced my brake shoe adjusters and adjusted the brakes on my trailer. Great job! He is very thorough and makes sure that you know what to look for in repairs for the future. Thanks Mike!

My Favorite Place to Hang Out. Torklift listens and makes every endeavor to build what I want as compatible with the law. They make everything I ask to satisfactory function. I have been coming to Torklift for over 30 years. This place is my favorite hangout. Will always recommend them to my friends and family.

Don't Even Think About Going Elsewhere. Don't even think about going elsewhere! These folks have the right products, technicians and service attitudes. My latest visit involved an installation of a hitch on a new Lexus RX Hybrid. Torklift had the hitch to fit this brand new vehicle AND the expertise to install. They handled the process exceedingly well on the vehicle-AND-for the nervous new owner!! Thanks to All!!

Sorry I went there. Went there to have a tow bar set up installed for my RV, bought a tow bar and brackets for the family car. They absolutely needed to have the RV overnight. We walked out of there with $12,500 in damages from a break-in/theft in their "secure" lot, $3600 bill for the install, and one half-hearted "sorry". It was an unfortunate incident, as they say, but they would be happy to take care of the repairs as "our" insurance would be paying for it. There were a lot of things that did not feel right about the whole thing. The TVs that were ripped out would have been utterly useless to anyone, they don't come in RVs like they come from Sears. Meanwhile, over $500 of new gear was inside, still in boxes and packaging with receipts, all of it was left untouched, and all of it could have been taken to a pawn shop or even returned to stores for quick cash. There was a lot about the whole thing that didn't feel right. Not even any genuine remorse for the customer.

I would never return to this place again and I would not recommend this business to anyone.

Great place to do business. I just wanted to say thanks to Matt for helping me sell my brakemaster cylinder. I couldn't sell it for about two months, and Matt called the following month and said he had a buyer for me. He gave me the buyers phone number and the next day the cylinder was gone. These guys take care of their customers!
