good place for basic breakfast

frankly, it looks like the restaurant doubles as a tavern in the evening - and a tavern located at one end of an industrial wharehouse complex . the food was surpisingly good. the eggs were done to order, the sausage was hot, brown and salty, and the pancake was huge. service was good, as well. maybe i just liked this place because my expectations sitting down were so low? who knows, but i would go back if i found myself in kent again.

• Cons: location is a bit rough
