Escape from the mundane. Our breakfast fare is traditional in nature yet extravagant from ingredient to preparation. We carefully and artistically craft every item right in our kitchen from the freshest homemade and local ingredients. Basically, we make everything the way it is supposed to be made...from scratch, the old fashioned way. Dungeonus Crab Omelets with homemade Hollandaise, Grandma Minnie's Blintzes, Stollen French Toast, Hand Rolled Bagels and our own Cold Smoked Lox are only a small sampling of what we offer. Every bite is pure ecstasy and each moment in between a trial of anticipation. We at Wild Wheat take deep pride in our artisan restaurant. We promise to charm you with astounding taste sensations and dazzle you with meticulous consideration.

What a beaufitull location in Historic area of Kent, WA. Interestingly designed with warm colors and local artist makes it comfortable to have a delicious cup of coffee while awaiting for your mouthdrulling smocked salmon omlet, and the best of it, a freshly backed bread & a side of warm butter. And as your getting close to be done with you dish a order of blincis covered with blueberry jam and a spoon of sower cream. Yam. Makes You wana be hungry for more. Wish I could find a place to relax and have a delicious breakfast like that in Bellevue, WA. :)

My wife and I love this place. The atmosphere could not be better and is somewhat trendy yet very comfortable. Usually busy, but the wait is never long. Food is very good, not the best in the world but very good. I love all the bread choices for the french toast! Also, to the reviewer that said to bring a white friend if you are not most of the waitresses and staff aren't white you idiot. This place also does not have a small town mindset it feels more like you are in Seattle than Kent. One more thing, they have about ten waitresses at all times so the one waitress thing sounds like BS to me.
