Poor attention to detail, overworked (1) staff, poor customer service. In a wedding party of 5 guys, 4 had to be re-altered (one twice), one was missing a tuxedo vest after the official check by the manager, and one had mis-matched cufflinks. After 50 minutes of inattentive service one day before the wedding, we were made to wait for the one worker (manager) to set up a new customer. On one of the busiest wedding weekends of the year, one would expect that there would be more than one staff in the store. With a line stretching straight to the door, not even an apology was offered. I would describe the management's response as indifferent at best. Hopefully our experience was not the norm. If you're getting married in Kirkland you may want to travel a little further for your tux or be prepared to double check everything.
