Worst BofA Ever..
I am writing a review for the Bank of America located in downtown Kirkland on Kirkland Ave. I am not one to complain and have never actualy written an online review of a business until now. My experiences there have been so bad I felt the need to warn people of the horrible "service" that exists there.
The tellers are rude and unfriendly. I have gone to make deposits into my accounts and others. Once I was handed a receipt with a balance and was told to get a credit card to link to the account. I was not ID'd and informed the teller that this was not my account, I was only depositing. she ripped the receipt from my hands and accused me of lying and told me how dare I pretend to be someone else! I told her I had no intention of doing so, I was simply depositing into an account, and never asked for a balance and in fact, it is her job to ID me and ask me.
The manager there I have spoken to on numerous occasions, and she is flat out rude. She cuts you off in the middle of your question, she never listens, she is fast and flat out cuts you off. I have been in there when it isn't even busy, and she always acts like she is too busy to even listen to a simple request.
There is a main teller there with very long black hair who is just crude. She is so rude and unfriendly, you try to make a simple "how is your day?" and there is no response, she flat out ignores you and makes you feel like hell for even bothering her in the first palce to make a transaction! I once withdrew 1,000.00 and asked for hundreds and she said "no hundreds, I give you fifites"! I was shocked, I didn't ask for fifties, and instead of giving good quality service and saying "we're out of hundreds, I am sorry" or even getting some from the vault, she said "no hundreds, I give you fifties". WOW! I closed all of my accounts here. It is really unfortunate because the manager there could have alteast tried to help or listen, but she failed to even do that. This branch is hopeless. I warn you!
