Best Experience I have ever had. I bought alot of cars over the years and always keep them maintained at the dealer as well. I should have writen this review a long time ago. The Kia sales crew is AWESOME, Every time I come into this dealership the staff is always pleasant and true. Always get greated with a smiling hello, they know me by name (nice to hear), and I stop by at times just to say hello to the friendly dog they have there. Thank you for being the great dealership that you are and do not change a thing. Thank you to Payman, Jack, Kenny, and Don and Happy Holiday's.
Our experience with this dealer was the worst in the past 20+ years. They were not patient, not friendly at all! They were very pushing, very rude. They offered us a much lower price than the website suggested for our trade in car and criticized a lot about our car (their criticism are actually exaggerated) made us feel really embarrassed. Right after this unpleasant visiting with them, we went to another dealer. Without a word, they gave us a great price just like the website suggested!
Worst sales experience of my life at Lee Johnson Mazada. One of the initial salesman was good to talk to, but when the other person who dealt with the final negotiation was horrible, was rude and didn't had sense to talk to ladies. No professionalism. Most humiliating part was we mentioned the final price we can pay, he announced in whole showrroom on speaker phone the price and other person saying its low and asked us to leave. I would never recommend anyone to go there.
Had exactly oppossite experience at Honda in Kirkland, though the Vehicle was out of our budget the salesman never felt us feel ignored, he tried best what suits our need and proposed the options what we can do - and we ended up buying 24k used Honda Pilot from them.
Lee Johnson Kia Service is AWFUL!!!.

They quoted me 1 wk to take care of my car and it's been over 1 month with no estimated finish time in sight! They are completely incompetent and do not communicate with their customers to let them know what's happening. It's been one thing after another (wrong parts delivered, parts were damaged, part still in transit, parts ordered late).
I WILL NEVER TAKE MY CAR HERE AND I WILL LET EVERYONE KNOW OF THEIR INCOMPETENCE.
You have been warned.

I purchased my New Kia Forte Koup this past Summer. I received first rate treatment from Brian Walter right off the get go. I am young and dress a little causual. Brian did not pre-judge me and think that I was trying to buy too much car.
I went to another dealer and they just kind of laughed when I said I wanted to buy the Forte Koup SX. Brian showed me to exactly the car I wanted to buy and invited me to take a test drive. Without any presure he showed me all about the car and asked me if I wanted to buy it?
I of course said yes and he showed me into the showroom and offered me a cold drink. I do not have perfect credit but Brian did not make me feel bad he just made it happen.
The Lee Johnson team was great! They got me a decent interest rate and I drove home in a new car that night.
If anyone is thinking about a New KIA I say go see Brian Walter at Lee Johnson KIA.
Great turn around for mazda.
Took my mazda 3 in for service last week and there were some new faces there and wow what a difference they treated me with so much respect and listened to my issues with my car got a shuttle ride by bruce real nice guy and fun to talk to
updated several times about the prgress with my car throughout the day and even got a ride back when it was done thanks lee johnson mazda for stepping up and taking care of your customers
WARNING!!!DO NOT GOTO THIS MAZDA DEALER!. The service dept just keep ripping off customers like there' s no law......I think the service manager should be fired. This dealership disgraced the name MADZA. Do not buy any cars from them or even thinking about taking your cars to service or you will be very very sorry!!!!!!
At first they make you feel welcome and are super nice. As soon as it comes to financing they are rude and full of bs like most other salesmen.
Telling you things like "were not making any money on you" and " it's a great car", bla,bla,bla....
Made a deal on 4/1/10 came back the next day and everything changed not in my favor.
They will not be getting my money.
My next car is not going to be a Mazda :).
I had a particularly bad experience with this dealer's service team.
Besides the issue at hand I ended up talking to the manager who told me things that:
"That's not the way it works here", refering to the fact they aknowledge their mistake, but I'd have to pay for it anyway.
"I see what you are telling me, but I'll go with what the computer says", refering to something some employee mistyped there, and basically acusing me of lying.
And finally when I told him that I'll never go back again, he said "I don't know why you are telling me that, now I don't have any reason to help you"
Definetelly the worst customer service I've seen in many years.
Great Experience. In the past, I had some negative comments about Mazda dealerships in Western WA, but Lee Johnson Mazda was different. It was a pleasure buying a car there. My sales person was not only knowledgeable and professional, but also funny and we were laughing the whole time. Negotiation went so smooth and well too.
