i bought everything here for my wedding! everyone and everything is great! i will definitely recommend that my friends go to the bridal garden when they get engaged!

Bridal Garden Is A HUGE DISSAPPOINTMENT

have had the worst possible experience at the Bridal Garden. Initially, everything seems wonderful, amazing: so easy! There is a mix of staff: some with an idea of what customer service means and some straight out of a high school drama. The alterations employees were terrible to work with, extremely unpleasant and unreliable. Both owners (previous and present) have been disgustingly irresponsible, unprofessional and dishonest. My dress ripped in 3 places on my wedding day and they have it now and have fixed it yet have not called me back to answer my questions or speak to me further about their responsibility. My dress was supposed to be cleaned 1 year ago and it is still in their shop DIRTY! I have tried to talk to the owner but have been tossed around aimlessly from one excuse to the next. They have been contacted by the b business b regarding my complaint and have not had the decency to call me back!!! I am thoroughly APPAULED AT THE BRIDAL GARDEN. THEY ARE A GREAT DISSAPPOINTMENT. I AM DISGUSTED.

I love the Bridal Garden!

I visited the Bridal Garden today, and I LOVED it! The staff was so nice and helpful! I had an idea of what I was looking for, and the employees at the Bridal Garden all made me feel relaxed & happy. My wedding is coming up really soon, and the staff at the Bridal Garden showed me every dress that I could get in time for my wedding. One in particular that I am in love with. I plan on buying it this week! The girls are so nice, and they have the prettiest dresses.
