Misleading "sale". Went into the Kirkland store for the first time, and initially really liked their offerings. Because we've been very much into bbq lately, we were especially drawn to the big red "20% off BBQ accessories" display. We purchased quite a number of items, excited about the great deal. When we got the register, turns out that only one of our 12 bbq items were on sale, even though they were all in the same "20% off" display area. Even crazier, the cedar wood plank was 20% off, but the alder and hickory (otherwise same) were not. We complained to the cashier, who could care less, even though she mentioned that they get that complaint a lot. We completed the purchases, but walked away feeling scammed, and both vowed to never set foot in that store again. Beware of sale scams!…
