BEST STEAK H OUSE

My husband and I were guests at the KEY STEAK HOUSE in Kirkland WA about the middle of March 2008. We were treated like ROYALTY. The atmosphere was out of this world. The service from the Maitre' de to the food server treated us like we were the PRESIDENT himself. We could not believe the friendliness of the wait staff. And our food was absolutely devine. We ordered Rib Eye steak. I was expecting just an ordinary steak.When I had my first bite, all the way to the last bite, all I could do was rave about how wonderful it was. And my husband was the same way. We will return to the KEG STEAKHOUSE & Bar again and again. Thank you KEG STEAKHOUSE.

Terrible customer service....Beware!

We went to the Keg in Kirkland for my wife's birthday dinner. From the start, our waiter, Jason, was in a huge rush, spoke way too fast and was gone before we could say anything. He brought our food and then when we were done, he didn't even bring us our bill or offer dessert. He asked if he could just run our card since he was really busy. Weird.....then, he returned with the receipt and no credit card...I had to chase him down to get my card back and he said he was losing his mind it was so busy, however, when I found him, he was talking with a girl in the bar area. We had a funny feeling about our card and when we got home, we checked our account online and sure enough, there was an extra charge on our card. We called the mgmt at the Keg and it turns out he voided the first charge and never told us about it, yet the bank put the funds on hold. Beware this Keg, go to Lynnwood instead. Much better service and atmosphere!

• Cons: Dusty, poor service.

Prime Rib is awesome!

I am a really big steak fan, but I tend to be very picky when it comes to ordering steak at restaurants. The Keg Steakhouse and Bar is one of the few places that I like ordering a prime rib. It is served with a heaping size portion of mashed potatoes and onion strings. I would also recommed any of the salads. A really great place to eat!

Best Steak!

I love all of the Kegs but this one is my favorite. Ive never had a bad experience and always come away satisfied. Usually go at least once a month and I get the prime rib every time. Dont forget to sign up for the birthday special so that you get a free meal on your special day.
