Yuuuuuuuuuum!. Delicious food and so nice to see a small business make it for so long considering they opened in 1973. Pizza is awesome and grinders and lasagna are amazing too!

history of this place. who knows when and who built this restaurant? It's a rare thing to see such a low building surrouded by condos...great survivial

Busy neighborhood spot. This is not a fancy place, but it doesn't need to be. The food is good and the service is friendly. Our salads were fresh. I tried the spaghetti and meatballs - the pasta and sauce was fine and the meatballs (only 4) were spicy. Our other dish was canneloni, which was good, but a little bland. I have to say I was a little jealous of the pizzas and grinders being ordered by other tables. They looked and smelled tasty. Interesting menu note: barbecue spareribs and chicken - with spaghetti. Might have to try that.

best grinders ever~. I just have to write this review because im craving a turkey grinder right now! i live far away from this place but even with gas prices at $5 a gallon i will drive just to eat the grinders! Turkey and pastromi at the best! dont eat inside it is kind of gross but defiently order out! amazing! call ahead to and order, otherwise its like a 15 min wait! oh yea...QUALITY INGREDIENTS!

Get it "To-Go". The only reason Acropolis is getting two starts from me instead of one is because the food is very tasty. The pizza is made Chicago-style, which is rare to find in this area. The grinders have good flavor and they seem to use quality ingredients. However, the service can be great one time, and horrendous the next. It's always slow, but at least sometimes the server is friendly. The bathrooms are filthy - ALL THE TIME! No matter when I've gone in there, the bathrooms are barely useable because of the amount of grime and mysterious stains in the stalls and on the counter. I shutter to think what the mens' room looks like if the ladies' room is this bad. For these reasons I will recommend the food, but don't bother putting yourself through the pain of eating at the restaurant. So not worth it.

The food is awesome but the service stinks.. The food is awesome but the service stinks. I enjoy the food so much i do put up with it. I useally order to take out.

Great food at a CRAZY GOOD PRICE!!!!!. This is a very nice little place, with geat food and service (the grinders are the best on the westcoast). The food and the smiling faces make you want to come back for more.

the best pizza in town, i promise!!!!!!. This is by far, the best tasting, mouth watering pizza in town. We have tried them all, living right downtown kirkland. You will NOT be disappointed!

BEST GRINDERS AROUND... PERIOD!!!. THIS PLACE HAS AWESOME FOOD AND THE GRINDERS TOP THE LIST! NO ONE AROUND HERE HAS BETTER GRINDERS, NO MATTER WHAT THEY SAY. IF YOU LIKE HOT OVEN GRINDERS, THIS PLACE IS A MUST. I'VE BEEN GOING HERE FOR 26 YEARS AND DON'T PLAN ON STOPPING.

Nothing but the GRINDERS. forget the pizza, ambiance, or anything you think *might* be a distraction. You won't find a better fresh grinder anywhere. If you don't know what a grinder is, you're probably happy at Subway. If you want a delicious hot sandwich with fresh meats and cheeses, Acropolis is the place!! Turkey & Pepperoni are family favorites!!
