Their quality may be good, but after 16 years of having clothing dry cleaned, I have never seen prices so high. I just moved within 3 blocks of this location, and have used them once. Despite the proximity, I will never use their service again and will chose to use one of the 3 other locations less than a mile away. This experience will be shared with all of my friends and neighbors in the area.

Clearly, they have a sufficient customer base to sustain the prices, so it is unlikely complaints about price will warrant a change. Management should seriously re-think their pricing structure as they could increase the size of their customer base (and revenue) with a price overhaul.

great cleaners, fast service. I have used their service for cleaning the leather, suede jackets, cashmere sweaters and pants. Love the service, they will even do small repairs if I have no time or desire to do it myself.

I moved to Mercer Island and that is the only place of service I go back to, since it is so predictably good.
