best eyebrow threading and relaxing facial. Best eyebrow shaping done by threading . And take’s time in doing eyebrow or facial . Felt very relaxed after the facial with head massage and all.

Will defiantly be back , very pampering experience.

Incredible Spa Experience. I went for the facial and had a wonderful time. The office is very soothing, I was greeted immediately and offered coffee, tea, or water, and the women are exceedingly polite and professional. The facial itself was incredible. It lasted an hour and a half with very little time that something wasn't being done. The music they play is gentle and calming, and while I could at times hear people outside that's to be expected in the middle of a city. The time flew by and I got up feeling fresh and clean. Not to mention that the women are incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and outgoing. I HIGHLY recommend the Salon Grotto for any spa needs.

Salon Grotto - Kirkland. I had a full body massage and a facial. Both were great however I would probably visit a couple of other spas before going back.

The facility is very small and I could hear voices and whispering from outside the treatment rooms. This was sort of distracting.

The facial could have included more hand and arm attention to make it feel more complete.

The people though were really nice and attentive.
