This salon is the place to go in KIRKLAND.they do a variety of all the latest services. They are open 7 days a week .

You can walk-in in or make a appointment . They are right downtown in Kirkland, in the summer the whole front of salon opens up to the outside with makes it feel like your part of the whole downtown Kirkland scene. They do great work and stand by their services and products. I have been getting my hair cut here for over 5 years. And have tried several of their Stylists and they all have done a great job and always manage to work me in at the last minute. I suggust you give them a try too.

Rosie ROCK's!!!. I love the location of this salon but most of all I go there because of Rosie. I've been around the block with stylists, but Rosie listens, and understands what will work for you. She get's what you will be able to maintain on a daily basis and does not push her ideas on you. Rosie does amazing cuts, color and all of the unique things that make you look and feel special - everytime! She's great with young and old alike! SHE IS JUST GREAT!

CHRISSY! THE BEST CUT & COLOR EVER!!. I have been going to another salon for a while and got sick of spending a fortune and never leaving happy....started to think it was me! Then I called the day before and got an appt with Chrissy and I just wanted a haircut and told her about my color issues too.

I communicated horribly (so I thought) to her what I wanted and she said "don't worry you will like it" I was so relieved and when she finished ...PEREFECT!!!!!! It exactly what I wanted in a cut and color! I am so happy I found her...she was so proffessional and confident that eventhough I just met her I felt like she knew exactly what I needed! To top it all off..I received a phone call the next day following up to see how my service was? Who does that ? These ladies know there is alot of competition out there and they are on top of it! Chrissy was amazing & I can't wait to see her again!!

Happy customer for years. Personally, I have been a customer at Bombaii Cutters in Kirkland for 15 years and both my children are also. I have never had a problem with service and enjoy the birthday greetings they give me each year! I have confidence that if I were ever dissatisfied with my service in any way that the management would make sure things were made right. As a customer, you have the right to ask for a manager if you are not happy. There is nothing wrong with demanding satisfaction when you are paying money for a service...within reason of course!

I am a fool. I figured I'd get the best price since I brought my son in to get his haircut but had never come in myself.

WRONG.

They said "I was not a new customer"

What a scam.

SCAM!. Just went in and paid $45 for "designers cut". Then to see them hanging a sign for $25 haircuts as I'm walking out the door. Went back in and was told I was pretty much out of luck and that I could take a coupon for next time. Sorry to say there won't be a next time! What a scam!

Finally, a great salon without the ego price!. I've gone to Bombaii twice and can I just say they are fantastic?!! I need to give special attention to Courtney (cute brunette with nose ring) as she's done a fantastic job twice. I live on the Eastside and of course it's yuppy nation over here and I could be considered one of them. Good service and a very clean salon is what I expect. Although a small boutique salon, they have great atmosphere and fantastic customer service. I tend to think since they're more boutique style, they care more about their clients. I saw every staff member in there treat each client with respect and gave enough attention without being over bearing or a nuisance. Finally I found a great salon and am really happy with the service and I will be a repeat customer.

Very Unique and Impressive. I stumbled upon this website after searching for more information about Bombaii's addition to services such as there new line of hair extensions and ive been a client for some time now and noticed a negative comment that needed to be justified! This salon has been in downtown kirkland for 26 years and is highly reputable. Newly remodled and absolutely gorgious. See on the web site yourself. True, that they have a high turnover but as said before, don't feel ackward asking for a stylist that has been there for some amount of time. I don't go to one inparticular person, i usually walk in and they are excellent at accomidating me even if one of the stylists has to stay late. Anyways I highly reccomend going/looking and checking it out for yourself.

great new look. the salon looks so much better since they did the remodel. Deanna is a stylist who has been there for over 10 years and she does an excellent job on my hair.
