Best Place ever once again.
I had a lousy experience here about 2 years ago, but today out of desperation I stopped by and had my car washed, I had the best experience ever......!!!! The crew was courteous and helpful and even washed my floor mats free of charge because in their opinion they "needed" it. I had a great coversation with the cashier who helped me and learned that some positive changes have been made.
I will be returning and also telling my friends......I know some folks have really stupid expectations and that you can't please everyone no matter what you do..........but I was so delighted that my car turned out so fantastic that I wanted to scream from the rooftops. They put everyone else out there to shame!!!!!!!!!!
Totally In Love with this place again.
I went back to Rosehill on the recommendation of a friend who had recently returned and had a great service, I went in today and had the super wash done and was totally impressed with the level of improvement in that place since my last visit which was kinda "eh" My car sparkled like it was new again and everyone was so nice......the cashier who rung me up listened to me tell her I was so impressed with the imporvements and she said they had gone thru a major housecleaning from the management on down to some of the crew. Out with the bad and in with the good............she even gave me 2.00 off since I am a AAA member but did not have my card with me,
I think some folks like only to put negatitive reviews up and so I thought I would post something postitive as most poeple never mention when some thing is good only when it is lousy.
I will be returning to RoseHill carwash and will be telling all my friends about this place as well.
To all the reviewers that have put negatitive posts up, i encourage you to try them again.......the changes they have made are so obvious and everyone seems happy and helpful.
New Management makes all the difference.
I see that some people have had issues with Rosehill carwash in the past based on the reviews prior to mine and I will admit that I too had issues in the past due to the management. I stopped in today because I was desperate and thought i would see how they did today. WOW what a difference! My service was outstanding, the atmosphere and attitude among the crew was 100% better than last time, I learned while waiting for my car that the previous carwash manager had been let go, the guy they replaced him with actually paid attention to what his staff was doing and I watched him take a car back through the tunnel that he was not pleased with as it came thru the exit......(nothing major just some foam soap that didn't get blown off from the blower) I even spoke to the owner himself who was there today by chance and was very pleased to hear him say that they were taking great strides to recover from a manager who did them more harm than good.
GO ROSEHILL!! It is back to the way it was several years ago,,,,,,,,,I will be back and so will my friends.
Stay away from this place!!!!. A blind monkey could do a better job than these people. In addition to doing a horrible job they have damaged my Maserati twice!!! About a year ago the person driving the car through the wash broke my reverse toggle and instead of telling me they just placed it back so when I went to the grocery store right after leaving Rose Hill and put the car in reverse the toggle fell away!! I immediately went back and they did indeed cop to the damage and paid Maserati the $800 directly. So just today my husband says he is going to wash my car and I told him, "anywhere but Rose Hill"! Well were does he take it? You guessed it! Low and behold this time my husband says before they take off to put it through, "watch the rims". Sure enough the idiot smashes up my front left $1300 rim! Now I can get it repaired for $200, but that is not the point. People don't take your cars to this place. I would not take a Pinto there!

Like a previous reviewer, I forgot what a bad job they did last time. Last time they did not vacuum the inside very well and I main a fuss and they did it again.
It is not cheap at $23.95? Again they did not vacuum the inside very well, either they are blind or cannot be bothered. Then when we went shopping afterwards, we pushed the passenger seat forward to put some shopping in the back and lo and behold a MacDonalds container, but if they did a good job they would have seen it. And I had to get a cloth and remove all the bits in the corners they failed to remove. Do they clean it, yes .... in a way. Do they do a good job, in my opinion....no.
Haven't been there for a long time, now I remember why. I'd forgotten what a lousy job they did the last time I was there. This time I paid for the "gold" service, but, it was anything but. Exterior...many spots did not get cleaned both on the body and windows. There were large areas on the inside windows that weren't cleaned and one window was not touched at all. I was there in the early am, and was the only one there, so, it's not like they were in a rush.
What happened to the service??.
Very disappointed with this place.
Very expensive and very slow. More people on breaks than working. Just don't seem to care.

Damage your car and receive bad service here for $19.95.
I took my reasonably clean Lincoln for a quick wash during the daytime. All that was needed was to remove a few minor dirt spots from the roof and rear windshield of the car. I watched as the workers made zero effort to address the problem areas. In fact, they appeared only to hand dry the car once it was out of the automated wash. They gave the car back to me with the seats rearranged, barely any vacuuming and the dirt untouched. I complained about this to the manager. After a few polite comments from me, and my willingness to settle for a partial refund, he closed the conversation with "You know what, how about I give you no refund, and you never come back again." Those were his exact words. On a previous occasion, Rose Hill Car Wash damaged the antenna on my RX-7, which is a $200 dealer part and requires quite a bit of effort to replace. I fault myself for giving them a second chance.....
These experiences have been enough to warrant signing up for a citysearch account, solely for the purpose of writing this review. My advice: this car wash business is hazardous to your car, and your wallet.
