This is by far one of the best schools to train in for mixed martial arts. They've got everything from boxing, kickboxing, muay thai, submission wrestling and pankration. There's even focus mitt training. The school is open to both recreational and professional fighers and includes men and women. The trainers are awesome. The layout for the club is spacious and gives everyone lots of room to train on the matts and in the ring. One of the bonuses for me is that they've got showers there since I've gone to clubs before that don't have them. Prices are reasonable and worth every penny.
