Unreasonable manager. I very much like Fatima, the stylist that I always see there, however I am posting a 2 star review because of their new manager Jamie: I have been going to Mia&Maxx for a long time and love their frequent buyer stickers, when you get enough of them you can get a product for free. Last time I went for color and cut I purchased one shampoo and got another product from the same line for free. Turns out I didn't like any of them and when I went back for an exchange (I only asked them to exchange the one I paid for, I was not expecting getting another one for free) but this new manager Jamie refused to allow the exchange. She kept saying I didn't have the receipt, but I was not asking for a return, just a simple exchange. I have been going there for a long time and I told her I got these products via my frequent buyer stickers and still she refused and was not very courteous. I could have lied and told her I had purchased the 2, but I was honest and told her I only wanted an exchange for the one I paid for. Unfortunately Fatima my stylist was not around but the other stylists know me well and they were shocked by this woman's behavior. I am dissapointed by the attitude and lack of customer service of this so-called 'manager'. She made me not want to return back and I won't be back as long as she is around.

OMG great Color. These people just are great the manager did my hair and I was shocked that she was able to fix my kicthen color. Everyone was happy and outgoing but the location was dead. Which in my opinion makes it nice because they are never too busy.
