"By Far the Best Experience..."

We purchased a 2006 Jeep Wrangler from Robert Nelson in April 2009. It was painless! There was very little back and forth, he was honest and truly listened to what we were willing to spend and didn't try to fit us into something for more money. We felt we were given a very fair deal. We came in with our own great rate for financing but when we got to financing our finance guy found us an even lower rate. Our Jeep came with both a soft top and hard top, we didn't get around to putting the soft top up for a couple of months (hey, it's the Northwest!) when we did we found that the side and back windows were not the correct ones for our Jeep. We informed them and we now have the correct windows for our Jeep. This is by far the best experience we have ever had with an auto dealership. If you are looking for a dealership that values their relationships with their customers we would highly recommend Rairdon's of Kirkland!!!
