Dont Eat/Drink Here!. If I could give a negative rating I would. Don't ever give your credit card number to this business ever. They will surprise charge you when you don't go there. I complained to the BBB & Health Department. They keep there BBQ pork on the floor, without covering it & that's just for starters. DO NOT EAT HERE unless you want a good excuse for getting off work for food poisoning.

Huge Portions. I have only done carry out, and i love it. Good food, great price for the amount you get. I eat a lot of food, and i can definitely stretch a number 1 combo for $10 into 2 meals. Win.

Love the food. Since moving to Kirkland, I've ordered from Grand China 3 times and loved it every time. I recommend delivery, for me it was very fast. The food is great, big portions.

Pretty damn good. they have better hot & sour soup and egg rolls than chan's place + they deliver. never had any problems with their delivery.

worst. chinese food. ever. Just a caveat, this place was so bad that I created a citysearch account simply to warn people about this place so they wouldn't have the same experience I did.

I've had a fair amount of Chinese food in the Puget Sound. Yes this place has good customer service. I won't deny that. However, their food is literally the worst Chinese food ever. The place has a certain greasy smell about it and that smell permeates everything you order from them. Kind of like they haven't cleaned the kitchen in eons. I literally couldn't finish the food I ordered from them, and ended up throwing it out. Probably one of the better places in the area to check out is Peking in downtown Redmond, not to be confused with Grand Peking which isn't bad either.

Fair. They are one of the few places that delivers around here and the food is ok. I recommend picking up or delivery though as the atmosphere inside is less than appealing.

Poor Customer Service!!. Had take-out delivered. after 4 tries and phonecalls after they forgot the soup we ordered- we finally got our money back. The owner/manager then informed us that they no longer could deliver to us. Fine with us. the customer service was horrible and the food not worth the hassle. Go somewhere else!

Decent. Grand China has decent food for a reasonable price. It's one of the only places around where one can still get Egg Foo Young. Delivery is free and very fast within the area.

If you want good Chinese at an accessible price, try Grand China.
