view & uploadThai Kitchen has similar prices to other casual Thai spots in town, but ingredients seem fresher & flavors more refined. Cute location, too, in charming Queen Anne house.
Classic Thai, Great atmosphere. Everything we had was very good, and to be expected from a solid Thai restaurant. The restaurant, in an older Queen Anne house, is friendly and unlike the typical Thai restaurant. We had a great meal, good service and would come back again.
Strange Business. We have always loved the food, and ordered delivery from our place here on Queen Anne for almost two years. Depending on the final amount we would always tip anywhere from a couple of buck up to five or six. This evening we called and were told we had been black listed because we didn't meet their minimum tipping threshold. We would have been glad to have done so if we had ever been told or informed. It was too bad this is how we had to find out. It's disappointing that a local Queen Anne business would choose to treat their local customers in this fashion.
soooo good!. This is the best Thai food I have had in the Seattle area, and I have tried a lot! The atmosphere is great - really warm and cozy. I love sitting outside during the summer months. The food is great... I am a big fan of the cashew chicken, the panang curry and the Pad Kee Mao. We used to get take-out all the time when we lived on Queen Anne - couldn't get enough of this place! Now, living outside the city, we still drive in on occasion for a date night - still one of our faves!
wonderful experience.
As a Thai food fanatic Ive been a customer for a long time and stuck with this thai restaurant even when I moved and it was farther away. The food is always incredible, the service is friendly, food arrives timely, and they are always adding to their decor. The atmosphere is relaxing, cloth covered cushions, candles, and traditional paintings. It is light and with lots of windows during the daytime, as well as patio seating, (which is when I usually go) but seems like it would be a nice spot for a casual date night as well.
My favorite dishes there are Phad Thai, Phad See Ew (sp?), and Rhad Nah. The Thai iced tea is also wonderful. On their spice ratings they tend to opt spicier than most so you might want to go one number less than you usually do on your order. They of course offer Tofu in most dishes.
I believe they deliver now as well.
Overall, a wonderful Thai restaurant!
