Kirkland >Chan's Place
my parents order from them food is way to salty and greasy. If you want #1 quality head to P C Restaurant bothell!
Friendly service and tasty food. We've tried other Chinese places in the Kirkland area, but always come back to this one. The servers are friendly always remembering us and striking up conversations with our son. The wonton soup great as is the Mongolian beef and fried rice dishes. The food is tasty, but not overly spicy, so if you lean toward spicy dishes, order four stars.
Greasy and way too salty.. We went to Chan's Place tonight after giving up on it over 10 years ago. We responded to their nice mailing and thought we'd give them another chance. Big mistake as the food is even worse than before. Salty, greasy almost inedible. I just can't understand why they need to prepare food like this as surely other people give this same feedback. Never again for this family.
Unusually good service paired with flavourful and fresh food!. Unbelievable service - truly! First of all, we enjoy their food as it is always fresh and flavourful - never overwhelming with sauce or salt. What sent me to the computer was that I asked my husband to pick up dinner at Chan's place (I had called it into Kirkland), but he went to Woodinvile - Darn it! Instead of sending him to Kirkland,Woodinville called Kirkland and resolved the issue by cancelling our order there and resubmitting it to ensure that we got fresh food! WOW - We would have expected to be sent on our way, but were impressed with such a great service level.
Editorial Review by Citysearch Editors. Eat in or take out affordable Chinese favorites such as soup, eggrolls, fried rice and more at this Eastside establishment.
Bland, tasteless food, poor service. Never again will we eat such DULL Chinese food. The service was slow, the food on the cool side, but worst of all it was sooo bland! Everything we ordered was tasteless!! We have been eating Chinese food in Seattle's Chinatown for over 50 years, but never had such poor food as here at Chan's. Save your money and appetite for something better.
Great food. I've eaten at Chan's atleast half a dozen times over the years, but generally have it as take out. The staff is very friendly when we come in to pick it up. The service has been hit or miss on the times I've eaten there, but I think the food is worth it. It's one of the best chinese places we've found on the East side
slow service, rude waiter. My party (3 people) was seated for about 10 minutes before anyone even came by. When they did come by, I asked for water and didn't get it for another 5 minutes. They were not extremely busy, I went in at about 3:30 on a Tuesday, so there were only a couple other tables there. I left after that
great food and service. Worlds best General Tso's Chicken. Excellant friendly atmosphere. Would recommecnd this place to anyone.
