DECEPTIVE BUSINESS PRACTICES - THEIR WEBSITE IS MISLEADING. I live out of state and found a fantastic ring on Warren Jewelers website. After speaking with Sue Osborn several times about some design modifications that I wanted, she took a $500 deposit and started work on the piece.

When I was sent pictures of what they considered to be the finished ring, they bore almost no resemblance to the high quality piece on their site. After being referred to Warren's Master Goldsmith, I learned that the pictures on the site are computer generated representations and could not be produced in their facility. It seems to me that showing the picture of something that you cannot deliver is highly unethical and borderline illegal.

If you think I am just a random nutcase with nothing better to do than bash small businesses, check out the pictures I posted here or I suggest that you go to the Warren website and look in the daffodil collection tab - the ring is the LB02B. Then send them an email and have them forward you the picture of the ring they made for me on 8/9/11 (I'm guessing they won't) - you be the judge.

Since being denied a refund of my deposit i have disputed the charges with my CC company and will be filing with the BBB.

If you feel the need to do business with Warren, please don't do it over the web as their site depicts items that they cannot make - go to the store and have an independent appraisal done if you do buy anything.…

Warren Jewelers is Not the best. Went to the Totem Lake store after reading the rave reviews. Had a beautiful antique ring from my grandmother that I wanted to size down to fit me. After sizing the ring and my finger, they said that because of the ring style, they couldn't guarantee that it would fit perfectly the first time. I might have to pay them a second time to re-size it. They also told me the prongs needed to be replaced and the jade needed to be re-epoxy'd. Now we're up to $260 not including a second ring sizing!! When I asked if they'd buy some of my broken gold chains as partial payment, they told me state law wouldn't allow that, but they could give me $35 for the gold as "scrap" - told me I "only had a couple of grams". When I asked how much was a "couple of grams" I was told that my scrap gold was only 2-3 grams. I had to press them to see exactly how much I had, so they weighed it out again while I watched and it came to 4 grams. For $35!!! I left and went to Joseph's in Bellevue who also had rave reviews, but was a little farther for me to travel. What a difference. Treated me like a queen and did the initial sizing for me right there in the store to make sure the size was perfect (a half size smaller than Warren's told me - I would have had to go back and paid for a second sizing) before completing the job.…

Warren Jewelers is the BEST!. I went to Warren Jewelers to have a long anticipated dream come true....having my precious family heirloom rings from my grandmother and mother re-designed to fit my style and personality with new rings using all of their stones and gold.

Dante worked with me the whole way through this process-from his expertise in design, suggesting I bring in more gold jewelery to melt down to help me save money, to calling me when my 2 rings were ready and presenting me with the most beautiful rings I have ever seen and worn!

He has exceptional customer service, he is very skilled in jewelery design, he really listens to what you want and helps design a beautiful piece that tugs at your heart and ensures you will be happy with it forever. And he does it with warmth and a smile! Because of Dante and the excellent staff at Warren Jewelers, we will make Warren Jewelers our exclusive jewelery store in the future.…

Dante is the best !!! You must check out this store. I went into this local store over a year ago to have some jewerly cleaned and found out they also do old jewerly trade ins. I came back to have a ring designed by melting my old, broken or not worn gold. I LOVED my new ring so much, I have been back to buy earrings on lay away. Danate is the BEST !!! He get to know his customers, likes and stye. I was invited to come in during their special "Digging for Diamonds event" in December. I got a stunning blue topez (heart shaped) and recently went in and had Dante help me design a a setting. I am so in LOVE with it !!! Everyone there is very helpful, but I love working with Dante.
