Excellent Shoe Repair. My experiences at this shoe repair have been awesome! The owner (Scott) is professional and friendly, the quality of the work makes it worth the time to drive there. His daughter (Michelle) is a genius at dying shoes and purses also.

Great business!. Nice customer service. Prompt service. They have fixed the zipper on my leather purse and stretched out my slippers. I dropped carry-on bag with zipper broken today. Reasonable prices. Definitely a frugal move to have stuff repaired rather than throw away and buy new. I intend to take several pairs of shoes that I need stretched. More than just shoe repair!!

Scott is the BEST. My shoes, purses, and yes, my riding stuff (bridles, halters, reins, boots) have all benefited from Scott's attention. I reccommend him to all my riding friends (finding someone who can do a good job of fixing horse stuff is HARD). I also tell friends, co-workers, etc. that if you need stuff done - Totem Lake Shoe Repair is the best.

Best shoe guy!. This guy will save your shoes! I have a paid of heeled boots that he has re-soled a million times and they still look GREAT. Worth the trip to Totem Lake.

Best Shoe Guy Ever. Scott is the best shoe repair guy I have ever had. Even after moving to less convenient parts of town I have continued to make the trek to Totem Lake for all my shoe work.

Fast, friendly, great work. This guy can make your shoes last YEARS by re-soling. I have a pair of Redwings that are nicely broken in and are on their 3rd set of soles. Have had him dye shoes for wife, and put on dance leather for daughter. Used to be on the other side of the freeway, and have been going to him for at least 15 years.
