I have used Willards many times over
the years for various reason. I will contiune to use them if and when I have another problem. Infact I am constantly refering them to my friends and neighbors because I know that we can trust their work and that they know their "stuff."
Thank you Willards
And I forgot to mention that they were very reasonable in terms of pricing. When was the last time you heard that? Nice office staff, nice field staff and NO MORE BUGS!!
I had a bee hive in my back yard and I was scared my kids would get stung so I called Willards Pest Control and they removed it. I was happy with there service.
Problem solved for under $100
This company did what needed to be done for a reasonable fee without up-selling or trying o sell a monthly program (ad infinitum). Phone contact was friendly and professional, a same morning visit was scheduled and showed up within the period predicted. The problem was a rat in the kitchen. Brandon checked out the situation, discussed it with me, agreed on a trapping strategy that was safe for the cats and got to work. He was generous with information, and with traps. He also checked the attic for me. I was expecting the worst, but he said that the signs that had had me panicked looked old and our problem was probably just one invited guest in the kitchen.
Half an hour after he left, one of the heavy duty traps he left went off, killing a small creature as humanely as was possible (sorry, little creature, but it was you or us...). Brandon knew his stuff. He never suggested using bait or poison (or I would have disengaged immediately), and he never pushed for a monthly contract. Instead, he showed up with the right gear, and solved the problem before it got out of hand. This for a fee that was under a hundred, including tax.
Absolutely wonderful service. No one
really gets happy about having to call a pest control company, but I found some little critters like ants with wings! EEEEKKKKk. I was thinking termites. ( I hate bugs, I hate bugs, I hate bugs, I hate bugs.) They WERE ants with wings. (I hate bugs, I hate bugs, I hate bugs.)
I got a real person on the phone immediately, they had me email a photo, and was reassured that it probably wasn't termites. The Manager (who had answered the phone - props there too!) asked the other staff to look for my email and they called me when it hadn't come in while he went to lunch. (Follow-up! Amazing! And this was within an hour of my call.) I had hit one wrong letter in the email.
They came out, fixed the problem which was "swarming concrete ants", and made some suggestions.
Here is why I love them: GREAT customer service, prompt response on everything, no bs contract for the rest of your life, and terrific communication. No one wants a pest, but if you need help these are your peeps.
We started hearing this scratching noise at night in our kitchen... it sounded like it was coming from in the floor. I was certain there must be a squirrel living down there because whatever was down there was making scratching/chewing noises. Out came Sokhara, my prince in killing rodent armor! He went down and quickly assessed that we had rats! Sokhara not only set up traps to get the rodents, he also figured out how and where they were getting in and sealed it off to prevent other rats from coming to the party. He did this all in about an hour's time... I was impressed with his efficiency.
I have used Willard's Pest Control for
more than five years and find their service to be consistently exemplary. I recommend them to neighbors and friends. Therefore, I want to share their superior service to a broader audience.
I have used and spent lots of money on several national brands who proved to be ineffective.
Willards is the only company that was able to successfully address my rodent and insect issues. They were thorough, responsive and cost effective.
In addition, their staff is friendly, accommodating and conscientious ... and very respectiful of my home and needs.
Our first experience with Willard's was
pretty good. We got the same day treatment for the bee nest in our sidings after we called them. It looked the majority bee activities were extinguished after the treatment.
after day two, we kept seeing bees (3 to 5) coming in and out of the fested area again. We waited for two weeks and the problem became more and more serious.
We called willards again because it is still in their service warranty. We got a retreatment.
Hope the bees will be killed all this time.
Rats are not cute, I don't care what the movie says and a name like Willards for a extermination company? Too freaking funny. I love our Willards guys. Yes, he knows his stuff and can think like a rat. We were having an issue and Mark, the guy who came out figured out where the little rat b*stards were coming in and made sure that it was now impenetrable. Later, we had another issue -- roof entry. He walked into our house and noticed that we no longer had a dog or cat. He spent over two hours figuring out where the perpetrator entered and determined where he might be hanging and voila, the next morning we had the culprit. Yes, they are not cheap, but they are awesome. They still come by every few months to bait our outdoor feeding stations, well worth it.
Sokhara from Willard's Pest Control came to my apartment to take care of a yellowjacket nest that was INSIDE OUR WALLS. The yellowjackets had eaten through the drywall and we entering the apartment. Sokhara drilled a couple of holes in the wall, blew his awesome poison gas into the walls, and took care of the problem 100%. HE was in and out in less than an hour and was courteous, polite, and informative. It appears that the yellowjackets have been completely exterminated. We couldn't be happier.
