Don't be fooled. I called and asked for a quote, I said great, please send a truck. Once they were done with my car I went to pay and it was 3 time what they had quoted me over the phone! Of course there wasn't a lot I could do, being that it was 2am and I was in a strange area with a broke down car.....Pretty shady, pretty shady.

Call when no one else can do it. I broke down on 405 and the Police called a tow truck for me. The first company refused to help me because of my disabilty. Three more tow companys were then called to help. And they refused to help me because of my disabilty . After being on 405 for 3 hours. They called Quailty Towing and they came to help me in about 20 min and towed me home.

RIP OFF. Beware if you have your car stolen and it ends up in Kirkland. Quality Towing works with Kirkland Police - almost double normal Towing to tow your stolen car less than 2 miles. They have all their prices jacked up and take advantage of victims of car theft. Shame on Quality Towing.

BIG MISTAKE !. Make sure you triple check what the real rate is per hour, they said one hourly rate over the phone and then once the job was done the told me a different rate per hour. Of course they charged my credit card 2 times for the tow, so not only do they change their rate the mess with your money !
