awful service horrible managment. horrible autostart/alarm install had to have fixed elsewhere and never an apology from car toys install manager only excuses. Take your hard earned dollars elsewhere. The worst service i ever had. Thank god their competition fixed it or i would need a loan to pay all the towing bills.
Awesome Detailing. The team at this store were friendly and on top of things. I had my car detailed and it looks brand new. They kept me informed of their progress and didn't cut any corners. It was worth every penny. I highly recommend them.
Car Toys. I wanted to post some praise for the guys at Cartoys after reading this horribly negative post! It really sucks for the guys there to not be able to dispute. I was in there and was treated like a king. They were somewhat busy but a nice young man took his time to excuse himself from who he was helping just to say hello. Then returned to the first person. I had to wait a few minutes but another guy (I think the manager) came over to me to see what he could do. I was having trouble with a factory installed bluetooth thing connecting to my new phone. He came out to my car and within a few minutes had it connected, all my names and numbers downloaded and even made a few test calls. The AT&T store who I bought the phone from wasnt able to do this, the best buy said they wont ,but Cartoys took great care of me. When I asked him how much I owed him he just said that the next time I need help stop in to see him first. NO CHARGE! for a company to just come out in the cold and sit in a strangers car and then not charge anything for it is very refreshing! THANK YOU LYNNWOOD CAR TOYS! (and next time now that I know you carry AT&T Im getting my phone from you!)
Terrible Terrible Customer Service - STAY AWAY!!!!. Oh what a mess and what a terrible, terrible experience. STAY AWAY FROM CAR TOYS!!!!!!! We went in a couple of weeks ago to have my wife's car stereo (Pioneer AVIC) installed. We arrived and were immediately taken in for installation and they were as nice as could be. We left that evening with everything seemingly working properly. When we started our car the next day, the rearview camera was not working. We came back in and showed them, and they acted liked we were lying when it was clearly showing no image, and then had the audacity to blame us for the problem...really, the next day the camera you installed isn't working and it is our fault, what a joke? We were treated like garbage by the installation tech and "manager." I had them open up the dash to take a look at everything and when they had it out, I insisted upon looking at it myself (I have installed a number of radios thru my life). They looked and said nothing was wrong and that the camera was probably bad and that we were probably going to need to buy another one (what?-your incompetence caused this and you want me to buy a new camera). When inspecting the wiring harness myself the tech, Tia (sp?) actually rolled his eyes at me...what a little punk. Then I actually found a power wire that was barely holding onto the connecting wire, and I asked him what that was for and he said "the rearview camera." I showed him the poor wiring job (that they had done the night before) and asked, "Don't you think this is the problem?" He actually said, quite sarcastically, it could be! This guy is a little turd and doesn't want to help you at all when he makes a mistake. I figured out that they get paid by the install and when they have to fix their mistake, they don't get paid so he was a little wimp about it. When we complained to the "manager" Tia was standing right there and actually rolling his eyes and we pointed this out to the manager and he said "Ill talk to him." We said, look right at him and talk to him now! The manager kept saying, "I'll talk to him later." Imagine having the guy you are complaining about mocking you right in front of the manager and the manager not doing a darn thing about it. The fact is this place is run by unprofessional, uncaring little boys who don't know a thing about customer service, DON"T GO HERE, STAY AWAY! It is your money....you have been warned.

Rip off!!! $250 just to place a cd player deck that I bought some where else. I called car toys in Lynnwood and asked how much it would cost for them to place a CD player that i had already purchased somewhere else into my car. they asked the model and year of my car I told them they quoted me a price in the 60$ range I thought that was reasonable so I headed right in..after i went in the employee that was helping me told me it would cost 250$ to place the CD player i brought in, what lies and a rip off...I told them how i spoke to someone on the phone that told me one thing and now he is telling me another just cause he must of thought i don't know anything about cars..they lied and said they had to re wire everything and telling me i need to buy all these party blah blah..in the end My boyfriend only had to buy one part which was like 14$ and he did not have to re wire anything like the employee at car toys said..I told the employee at car toys the previous owners had a CD player in my car prior to selling it to me than placed a stock radio in when they sold it..they kept making up stories like if you can hear your music from your stock radio that means you need it re wired..well guess what i spent 14$ no rewiring or anything and it works perfectly fine..scammers
