Best service ever!!!!. To start off I am so glad that corporate has bought the store and got rid of the franchise store. the service has been 20 times better since then. I think everybody should try and give the store a chance.

Brandon the manager gave me the best prices even compared to costco. i bought 4 brand new tires for such a great price.

Gordon and Dustin are the ones who did my tires (the manager let me go back and meet the whole crew) and they also gave me a full inspection and found out that i needed front brakes. thats when they gave me a good price on the brakes also, so they sent it to ruben the mechanic he did great work really fast.

Over all the crew is great there, everybody shook my hand and even offered me a soda! I would advise everybody to give the new corporate store a chance.

Trustworthy & Competitive. I've recently moved to the state and arrived with a nail in my tire. I visited my local Big-O with my two girls and they repaired it on the spot, despite a busy day.

I just had to take my car in for some un-described noises in the breaks (or so I thought) and was pleased to find out it was a lot less dramatic than I thought.

I am a young mom of two toddlers and could have easily been taken advantage of. I price compared what they quoted me and their prices were fair. I thanked them for their fast service and not charging me for a bunch of stuff that didn't need to be done. They took the time to review my out of state Big-O history and do anything they could under that warranty.

My service guy more or less said how important reputation is and how they wouldn't risk loyal business and referral business to be greedy.

I highly recommend them. I would always definitely price check any major repair but I trust them and will be back for everything from oil change to tire rotation.
