*PLEASE READ* I had the MOST amazing experience at Doug's Hyundai in Lynnwood. I was on a very tight budget and looked and looked for a car. Most dealerships and smaller car lots were rude, unprofessional and all about making the $. As a consumer, and a business women I understand they need a profit, what I do not understand is how many of them flat out rip you off and at the end of the day they just do not care about their clients. Sound familiar? I hate car shopping, and after my experience at Doug's Hyundai I look forward to it again! They were all about the customer, no haggling- listened to my situation and my budget for a vehicle. They made it happen and made literally NOTHING on my deal. I drove away in my new (used) car. If that was not enough to make me happy- upon a car inspection their were minor things wrong and the manager Kyu took care of everything at their cost! I can't thank them enough for their hospitality and making me feel valued each step of the way. They truly CARE about repeat clientele and I will be sure to buy from them again, and refer everyone I know. Thank you again Hyundai of Lynnwood, you are refreshing to say the least and I cannot thank you enough for what you did for my family.

Great Service! Great Car!. I recently bought a brand new car from Doug's and couldn't be happier. First of all, I love my new Accent. I stepped down from a Sonata for the gas mileage, but got so many more benefits than I thought I would. Secondly, I can't rave enough about the great service I received. As a woman, I was worried about being patronized, but I was treated with respect and never felt pushed into something I didn't want. The whole staff from the store manager, financiing and, especially, my sales person, George, was terrific. I highly recommend Hyundai products and that you go to Doug's Hyundai if shopping for a car.

Love my Sonata. The weekend before Christmas I purchased a 2011 Hyundai Sonata from Doug's Hyundai.

I love my new Sonata. I researched several cars and finally decided on the Sonata after two test drives. Everyone I have had dealings with at Doug's has been professional and extremely helpful. James, Tim, Young, and Troy were helpful every step of the buying process. Thank you.

The more I drive my Sonata, the more I love it. The car is great and the service at Doug's is also great.

Hyundai Sonata makes me happy!!!!!. I am so happy and pleased with my new sonata; Mostly though I am so blown away with the service and care I was given by my sales man Lee Bui. He really listened to my needs, budget and wants and came up with the perfect solution. I went out aggressively searching for a car - 4 dealerships and 5 test drives later I ended up at the dealership I started out at - and the same dealership I purchased my last car eight years ago.

Two weeks after purchasing the car I realized the fog lights were not working. A simple call and service was scheduled for the next day at no charge - even though my car was used and purchased as is. I had exceptional service, a focused salesman and a very high end experience. VERY VERY SATISFIED. Oh yeah the car - its great!

Awesome Experience!‎. It is a pleasure to write this review of my recent car-buying experience at Doug's Lynnwood Mazda.

Thanks to four years of excellent, caring and personalized service from Bill Roberge in their expert service department, when I was ready to replace my beloved 2003 Mazda Protege5, I ventured into their sales department.

Jim Frost and the entire sales team made purchasing my very first new car an amazing and wonderful experience. I received incredible customer service, product knowledge and personal courtesy.

They found the exact model I wanted, sold it to me at an outstanding price and excellent terms, gave me above-book trade, and totally surprised and delighted me by delivering my bright and shiny 2010 Mazda3 to me from the showroom floor!

This is to let Jim and all of the great people involved know how much I appreciate their care and respect. You deliver everything you promise and so much more... you truly care.

Mazda, not Hyundai! I felt very comfortable here. These guys made me feel very comfortable. More relaxed atmosphere, they let me take my time and try several different cars, with a decent test drive, not just around the block garbage. I came back several times. Tough pick, really liked the Mazda 5 but bought the Tribute i model loaded at a close out price for the AWD. They are also a Costco dealership and honor the Costco discount. I would buy here again including a used car. I think they are expanding soon in the same location.
