Mike Erickson, Service Advisor, was very pleasant and helpful. Kept me informed on my car. When I brought my car in with a noise we couldn't figure out he new just what it was. He, also told me I needed rear brakes and was glad he did. John Schmidt, Shuttle Driver, was very nice. He was right there to take me home and when I called him to pick me up from my home he was here in a short amount of time. When I paid for the work done on my car the lady, I can't remember her name, was very nice too. It was a very pleasant experience.

Harris Ford, hands down, has the best service department I have ever visited. MC and the other staff and mechanics did a great job of taking care of me and my vehicle in a timely manner, always keeping me informed. Since moving to Seattle in late 2011 I have taken my vehicle to Harris Ford four times for service and I will recommend their service department to anyone.

JW was very attentive to what my needs for a new vehicle was. He worked hard along with other people to get me into this Ford Ranger & out of my two vehicles traded. I really appreciated all who had a part in my deal & hoped they liked the home made choc chip cookies I bought them.
My fiance and I were in a pickle. We had a vehicle that was less than healthy and safe for a family. We had tried everything but could not get into a newer safer vehicle. Safety was a primary goal for us as we are planning to expand our family. Jack Coyle (Jack the marine as we call him) took absolute care of us. His dedication to finding us the perfect vehicle for our situation showed no end. His phenomenol people skills and number crunching, as well as his inability to fail us have made us customers for life. His hard work didn't stop there, he even went as far to expedite the process going through numerous lenders in a very short amount of time to accomodate us as we had a doctor's appointment to begin the family expansion. He was very friendly to us including my five year old and has since taken care of a friend of mine that I referred in the exact same manner. We are now the proud owner of a 2006 Titan a far cry from our old bet down jeep. Jack Coyle and the members of the Money Mart North team are an outstanding group of individuals and I would not hesitate to send more people their way. Thank you all very much.

MC (Michael Chism)goes on and above to make sure my customers experience is always number 1. I brought my 2008 Ford Escape Limited in for the Harris and Ford Motor company special with a $40 rebate. MC had my Escape washed for me after the brake service was completed. I was totally surprized and happy to get a clean car back, I couldn't thank MC enough for always taking the extra steps to ensure I have a great customer experience at Harris Ford Service Department. MC made sure I got the rebate information so I could send in via the internet to obtain the $40.00 rebate.
