Bad experience

I'm with you excustomer6000! Similar experience. Will return later with details, still trying to resolve my problems. I also spent thousands of dollars and am very dissatisfied.

Worst experience at a fabric and upholstery store ever

Don't go to this Calico Corners store. You will be sorry. The store manager charged my credit card for materials not needed and labor not done on my upholstery order and refused to fix the error. The upholstery work done was not what I had asked for or agreed upon. This store does not stand by its written guarantee claim of product customer satisfaction. I spent thousands of dollars at this store, was ripped off and remain a disatisfied customer.

- Cons: All cons - in addition to my comments on bad service/poor outcome, it took them 5 mo. to deliver their final product to me.
