One employee from this agency calls me at my home and asks for someone named Donald. No one by that name lives here. She asks, "Do you know Donald?" I tell her no and she says, "You don't have to be rude!" and hangs up on me. What the heck! I didn't call her. I have no overdue debts. I don't need to be treated like this! Go ahead and use this rude agency to collect your debts...karma will ultimately seek equality. What goes around comes around.
Pros: They're rude - so if you need to collect money, having rude people do it may work
Cons: They're rude - I wouldn't help one of these people collect a debt for anything

WOW - the customer service at this agency is exceptional. They have been in business for over 27 years, and it shows. When I have a bad debt write off, no matter how large or small, they work the accounts like I have never seen. I have even refered West Coast Adjustors to all of my piers in Patient Accounting, and every CFO I come in contact with. They have on-line services, through a HIPAA and FDCPA compliant web site that is very easy to use. If you want to check on your accounts, list new accounts, report a direct payment or even send a private email, WCA has it covered. I have even been told by some of the consumer patients I have referred to collection, that they are very helpfull, and professional and very sensitive to the needs of consumers trying to pay off medical debt. If you are looking for an agency that defines the standard of client services all collection companies should aspire to reach, call West Coast Adjustors.
