Each time I go into this store with my husband, the staff seem somewhat pushy. Whenever we buy a shirt, suit, or jacket, the salesperson always takes us to a table to show us ties or other items that would go with what we have chosen. I would prefer that these folks ask rather than assume. The other thing that bothers me is nobody ever says thank you. Politeness goes a long way.

Pros: Larger sizes available

Cons: Customer service needs improvement

Man o man, where to begin! The nice thing about them is that you can choose a pickup spot at any of their locations around the US, but you have to return to the same location. Everyone but my husband was from out of town, so they all had their measurements called in. The workers kept over writing 2 groomsmen's measurements with the others and we had to straighten it out 3 different times!! Another annoying thing was that every time that I (or one of the Groomsmen) would call we would have to wait on hold for 5-10 minutes. They had measured my husband, but when his vest came in, it was way too big. At first they said there was nothing they could do about it, but because I had picked it up the very first day and I pitched a fit, we could. They were able to get in the correct size by our wedding. We also got the jewelry for the tuxes there and didn't have any problems with that. It was pretty expensive to just get the vests and jewelry there, but I wanted to get the same pattern of vest in ivory (husband & ring bearers), red (dads), black (usher) and purple (Groomsmen). They did look good all together.

Pros: lots of tux/vest/jewelry options to pick from

Cons: bad customer service, lots of mistakes in orders
