Best service ever!!

In my 20 years of property management and real estate, I have conducted business with several plumbers, including Day and Nite plumbing. For several years I was using a good plumber that unfortunatelly moved out of town. In my new search for a plumber, I called several companies for an estimate on a big work, and I got the best estimate from Day and Nite.. They not only saved me hundreds (paid only a third of one of the estimate), they were right to the point, David. the manager that gave me the estimate and Sam the plumber who did the work were very polite, profesional, the best experience with a plumber ever!! I will make Day and Nite my priority call in my next plumbing problem

GREAT JOB & Professionals

My Wife and Kids have allergies an asthema. I called these guys to put in a better filter system on my furnace. Here is my review...

Details: I bought a new house. The previous owners had dogs. This really aggrevated my kid's Asthema and my Wife's allergies. I called these Day & Nite out to see if I could get a better filtration system on my existing furnace that would do better then the thin media filter already in place.

Sales People:

They were informative and not pushy. He gave me a lot of options and his opinion of why one was better then the other. More informative than others that quoted me.

Technicians:

The guy worked hard and didn't waste a lot of time. Seemed to do his job effeciently, and everything looked professional and clean.

Product:

I had a Sun UV filter w/ Titanium Dioxide Catalyst & a Larger media filter. So far so good. My wife says she can tell a difference.

Follow-up:

I've called a few times and they have aways been able to answer my questions in a timely manner.

Price:

They weren't the cheapest but they were the most knowlegeable and weren't trying to "sell" me but give me options on what they think would help me out the most. That's worth more to me then the cheapest quote.

Professional and Reliable

We had some flooding in our basement happen due to storm water. Day and Nite Plumbing was out right away to help figure out the drainage issue. Not only were they very professional and obviously cared about a top quality job, they got back to me quickly and were affordable. After my husband and I were puttering around trying to figure out what was going on, I was astounded at their speed and knowledge in attacking our problem. There's nothing like having professionals!!!

Really Great Service, very knowledgeable service person

Called Day and Night Plumbing to do a service for my gas furnace and the service person Christopher Bryant found an unsafe condition in my furnace (CO2 levels were high) and looked into it further and found that it was improperly installed and the secondary heat exchange had rusted out. He ordered a new one and installed it in now time. He was a true professional and probably saved our lives. I would hate to think what would have happened if I had turned the furnace on in the fall without it being fixed.

The Right Crew for the Right Job

Excellent service from Hugh, the dispatcher, to Jason, the plumber . Fixed our sewer pipe problem speedily and on quote. Really appreciated the friendly service and professional job well done.
