An overdue thank you!. My name is Matt Smith . I am the owner of Performance Flooring, which is a carpet installation businuess. I am commenting on Careful movers and how much I really appreciate doing businuess with them. I have used Careful mover approximataly 160 times over a 7 or 8 year period. The moves range anywhere from a small apartment to a house . As well as large office buildings. I've seen alot of movers faces throughout the years, and am always amazed that every single mover I have hired via Careful movers has worked well beyond my exspectations. They come in tell me to relax and then take charge. I'll admit at first, I was pretending to relax because at times they are responsible for handling hundreds of thousands of dollars of my clients possesions. After a few times of watching them in action, I was really able to relax . It's great believe me . These guys really know what there doing. They have made my career alot easier and they truly were the missing link that made everything fall in place. These guys have very strong backs, great attitudes and always seem to have fun regardless of the circumstances. Heavy furniture,long walks,rain,snow or in the middle of the night , often when carpet is installed in office buildings. These guys are just like my pals . They even make sure to include my order when they go to get food . my own wife doesn't even do that for me . Very personable, always top notch when working with Careful movers. Extreme profesionalism these guys are great . I rely on them heavily and they always make it happen. THANK YOU CAREFUL MOVERS!

great moving experience. I recently hired Careful Movers to relocate my household goods. I scheduled my appointment 2 weeks in advance and was called a few days prior by them to confirm the move . The move was scheduled for 8 am and I was very happy when they arrived exactly at 8 oclock . This move was off to a good start. The 2 movers had me give them a walk through of my residence so they could determine the process they would load the truck. This took only a couple minutes, then they went right to work safely and efficiently loading my furniture, boxes and appliances into their large moving truck. I could tell these movers had alot of experience there was not a mark on any furniture,not to mention the walls were untouched. I was very impressed. Overall this was a great moving experience , if you are looking for movers that are very proffesional , well mannered and respectable give Careful movers your businuess . I will be sure to refer them to my friends and family .

Do not use this company...ever. Our experience with them was a repeated nightmare.

They hire felons, and when they struck a car with the big yellow truck, they requested that no authorities be called due to a warrant on one of the men.

Then the OWNER proceeded to call us, the customer, and berate us WITH PROFANITY for paying the movers directly, as apparently they were only supposed to be paid by another method?

This company does not deserve your business, they have no tact, lack professional business practices and have shoddy accounting.

The bad ownership is the root of it all, apparently.

Wouldn't recommend this company.. Wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. Very bad experience. They arrived on time but it was all downhill from there.

slow, lazy, impolite.. Two guys who recently moved my stuff were very lazy who did not bother to work unless closely supervised. They were generally impolite. I had to use them due to some last minute change but I'll make sure I won't again.
