DO NOT CALL THESE PEOPLE TO SERVICE YOUR APPLIANCE!.
We used the Bothell store to come and service our Samsung fridge.
Tech came, charged us for visit, ordered the wrong parts for which we paid, they sent a second tech after having to call them 3 times (tech one was sick)
Second tech was going to order the "correct" panels for fridge, change icemaker, sensor, etc. After two weeks fridge is working, except that we had to cal SOMEONE ELSE to do the work, all that was needed is a new defrost sensor.
Seattle Home Appl. has no integrity, they try and do work they are not familiar with. We are still waiting for a call from them

I was quoted one price and my card was charged more. When I rejected the order I was told there would be a 20% cost to my credit card for that. I reluctantly picked up my washer/dryer and when I got home not only were they damaged but missing manuals, had the wrong stacking accessories getting some cheap plastic ones instead of the right metal ones that I had to buy at Home Depot. The sales person Scott has no integrity.
