Horrid place

These apartments are horrible. It's like a scene from Cops -looserville central.
The parking is terrible. Not enough spaces and those that exist are too narrow,
I think that the place was built on wetlands because there is a constant dampness.
At least the inside of the apartment was in good condition when we moved in.
Oh yeah, don't bother cleaning the place when you move out. They will charge you a cleaning fee anyway.
We left the place spotless - cleaner than before we moved in. They still charge me for cleaning
and when I complained they said it was their policy.
- Pros: Close to the freeway and route 99. Grocery store and fast food are within walking distance.
- Cons: It's like living in a cramped trailer park.
