LARRY IS GONE. New managers now and couldn't be more friendly and helpfull. Hope they stay for a long time. Park is an older one so spaces are a little tight but the park and facilities are well maintained and very quiet. Friendly neighbors and park is close to everything. I would reccommend this park to everyone.

Bad First Impressions. We went to the Twin Cedar R.V. and was greeted by an unfrendly & RUDE man name Larry ( so called manager) to see what spot were open, he gave us paper work & told us it had to be filled out first. No problem ,as we looked at this paper work there was soooo many contradictions on pets,parking spaces,& you could only stay 6 mo. (PER LYNNWOOD LAWS) but there are people living there full time 12mo,s of the year.& Larry said & I quote( I Have the right to have you LEAVE any time I want with NO REASON NEEDED) SO MERRY CHRISTMAS & I am sorry for Larry!!

Quiet & Clean. We found the park pleasant & clean. Friendly staff and other pleasant folks here. It is an older park & does not have huge sites but we enjoyed our month long stay and will be back.

Cramped and Poorly Managed. I stayed here for three months this spring. During this time, I:

- Was forced to move my vehicle over within my parking space, to allow my neighbour to encroach on my parking spot. (His suburban, surprise, wouldn't fit in his space.) When discussed with management, I was informed that parking was at their discretion, and I had to allow the long term resident to encroach on my space.

- Learned the manager considers himself the "mayor" of the RV park, which means what he says goes.

- Nearly had my mother's car towed when she parked in the (unmarked!) manager's space

- Was evicted with no reason provided, even though other residents have been there for years.

This park could really use a management team that has experience working with RV parks. If you don't mind being treated poorly because you're not an "hornery Scotsman," then this is the park for you.

We would like to take this opportunity to thank them for their hospitality at the park.. Yes the park rules are strictly enforced which we liked. It is a kid friendly place with many parks and childrens activeties in the area. The managers were helpful and down to earth good people. It's a small but cozy rv park that we will continue to stop in at.

Good Place to Stay. I would like to take this opportunity to thank them for the hospitality at the park. I stayed in the park for 4 years. The park rules are strictly enforced which I like. The managers make a great effort to make sure that the park grounds and all the amenities of the park are clean. The restrooms and clubhouse are always clean. I feel that they do an excellent job and I am proud to be a guest of this park.

Unfriendly!. We have stayed at Twin Cedars in Lynnwood, WA for several year's. While stopping in 2007 we found the new manager's were unfriendly, rude, and lazy. Quite unlike in previous years. The bathrooms/showers were dirty. If you want to watch television in the club room while doing your laundry, you'll have to share the space with the managers preschool daughter as she watches cartoon's all day. We would no longer recommend this RV park to other's.
