We recently had our carpets cleaned again by Alpine. They did an amazing job. We have used them for couch cleaning and blind cleaning as well. Very easy to get scheduled. Technicians are professional and we would use them again for sure. As with any company ask questions when scheduling, so you know what the charges will be and what is agreed upon to be done. You won't be disappointed!

I very rarely write online reviews, so it takes a truly amazing company to get me to write one. I've used them several times for couch cleaning and once for duct cleaning. They have been punctual and friendly and did an incredible job cleaning my couch. As a mom of two wild boys, my couch has seen some use and abuse, but after cleaning it looks like new. Also being a family of allergy sufferers, it's important that our ducts and furnace are cleaned well. Again Alpine delivered with thorough cleaning of all of our duct work. I love that the company uses eco friendly products, so I don't have to worry about the chemicals my family is being exposed to. Overall, excellent job Alpine. I will be using them in the future.

In February my dog threw up on the couch. I rushed the pillows to Alpine and they cleaned up beautifully. Later that month I had Alpine clean my carpet and the rest of the couch. They gave me a fair price.The guy showed up exactly on time and was very nice and efficient. I also had them clean my hunter douglas silhouette blinds and hone comb blinds. They were picked up and rehung 2 days later. They , look great and I was a little worried as they are over 10 years old. .

I did have one problem. A stain appeared after a few days on the carpet. I called them and they had the tec out to re-clean the area the next morning he also volunteered to check the rest in case I had missed something. It was the original tec that had cleaned the carpet. He seemed glad I had called, no grumbling about having to come back Very professional. . I highly recommend Alpine.

Wonderful experience!! Everyone was friendly, professional, and very efficient. We had both our carpets and air-ducts cleaned, and Candi made scheduling both appointments easy. Alpine exceeded our expectations, and I would recommend them to anyone. The carpets look fantastic and I was shocked at how clean our ducts look now. I couldn't be happier.

Fantastic Carpet Cleaning. Alpine came out to clean my carpets last week, and the tech that they sent out was so nice, he helped me move my furniture, he wasn't trying to push me into buying any extras, and he made sure I was happy before he left!

I had a couple dog accident spots that came out and now you cant even see where they were. I have had alot of companies out to clean my carpets in the past, but from now on I will only use Alpine.

My House is so clean!!. I called last week to schedule a housecleaning appointment, the woman I spoke with over the phone was very nice, she listened and gave me all of the prices with no pressure to schedule.

I had a coupon that was $40 off and they honored it and were able to get me in within a couple days. I chose saturday and she told me that I would be getting a team of two at 10 a.m.

They showed up at 9:55 and waited until 10 before knocking ( I appreciate that ). My baby also was getting cranky and wanted to take a nap so the house cleaners got all of the loud things taken care of first (vacuuming, dishes, and bathrooms) so I could try to get her to sleep after that, and I did!

When I came out of her room I noticed not only did they do everything on my list they went beyond what I had asked them to do. They vacuumed the furniture, Steamed all of my hardwood floors and actually started the load of dirty sheets in my washer for me ( my previous cleaners would leave it at the top of the stairs for me to carry down) !

When they were about done one of the girls asked if she could do a "walk through" with me to make sure everything was done to my expectations. During the walk through I realized how hard they worked and how efficent they were. Even when I clean all day long I cannot get my home as clean as these girls can!

I think I will be calilng them again to set up a monthly cleaning service!

Great Housekeeping. Really outstanding house cleaning staff, from your phone reps who handle last minute rescheduling requests with a smile in their voice (while secretly gritting their teeth, I'm sure), to the cleaners themselves who always do a great job! I've used their monthly cleaning service for a year now and am always very pleased. It's more expensive using a cleaning service as opposed to an individual, but I like that I don't have to worry about staff getting sick or quitting. Everyone is always very professional and seems to take pride in their work. I've had to cut other things out of my budget, but house cleaning is staying!

Cleaning for a Reason Program!. Their gals recently came to my home for the "cleaning for a reason" program as I am currently undergoing chemo. I wanted to thank them so much for this amazing gesture and being part of this very helpful program. I have three young children and keeping on top of cleaning my home during this challenging time has been a struggle. Their women did an amazing job, were very progressional and effecient. I wanted to also extend my personal thanks for your company's kind and generous help, it is a blessing to me.
