A++ Carpet Company. I had my carpets done by Alpine Specialty Cleaning the other day. The quality of the job and the value of what I am getting for what I paid was excellent. I was really happy with the way the techincian discussed the processes he goes through to clean my carpets with the extras that he can do as well. I thought that Alpine really did a wonderful job at cartering to my needs and was very prompt.

I would recommend this company who is looking for qaulity green carpet cleaning!

Best Multi-Purpose Cleaning Company!. The tech was a treasure. Knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and a hard worker. He got out stains that other cleaners failed to budge. He made our porcelain floor tile look like new. Our couch looks like new as well. I can't praise him enough and will definitely be calling to use your service again; as well as recommending you to EVERYONE!!!

A++++ Carpet Company!. Mike Meinert did a fantastic job cleaning my carpet; it

looked great when he was done! Your phone representative worked quickly to find a time that met my schedule. And the technician, Mike Meinert, arrived right on time, had a great attitude, communicated well, and worked efficiently. Another great experience with Alpine!

How did they get such high ratings???. I called this company who sends over 2 people, and specifically for me, for 2 hours. That would be 4 hours of work for one person for a 2000 sq. ft. house, right?

I have a house split into 3 floors- each floor quite small. All I have to say is when I got back and they were ready to leave, all they touched was the top floor, an then quickly vaccumed the living room floor (small). So for 2 people they had cleaned very well one Master bathroom, the laundry room(for some reason), had missed all the important parts on my list, and then whe I went back to double check what was dusted- there was still dust present everywhere! They neglected the bottom floor, everything minus a tiny livingroom space on the 2nd and part of the top floor. My house was not that much of a mess to start off with.

I'm trying to figure out WHAT they were doing all that time? Not to mention the one girl broke the faucet completely off and Alpine didn't bother to fix replace it. I feel like this is a horrible company to say the least- my husband tried calling to understand what we paid them for- and the lady kept hanging up on him!

I would choose another company-this one is a bust!

Great service and attention to detail. My husband had Alpine come out to our home as a present for me, we had a new addition to our family recently. I have not been able to to keep up with my normal level of house work. With the little one I was concerned about if it was safe. They used only green products wich made me very happy. Above that, the two girls were very profesional... From their uniforms to the way they interacted with my other kids. Thanks

Unreliable. Alpine is unreliable. They do not show up for scheduled cleanings and do not call to let you know they are not coming. Alpine did a good job when they would show up. You can not count on them to come as scheduled. They would leave early for scheduled hourly cleanings as well. I called and spoke with the owner when the cleaners would not show up. He did not offer an apology. I would not recommend Alpine Specialty Cleaning.

Fantastic!!!. I just had my carpets and area rugs cleaned by Alpine Specialty Cleaning and they were fantastic! ON TIME, fast and worked well with me and my husband at moving the furniture. The carpets and rugs turned out great even using the green products! I am going to try Alpine for maid service next week. I will highly recommend Alpine to all my friends in Kirkland.

Great Job!. The complete experience from the phone call to scheduling an appointment to completion of the service was a delightful experience. Not what one would expect from having one's carpets cleaned! Having a cheerful, extremely knowledgeable, competent, and patient person in our home, let alone one who was performing a service, on a Sunday at that (!) was a real treat. We learned much from Robi and he did an excellent job getting our carpets looking new again. We have 3 cats and a large dog and the carpet showed it! Robi used a special enzyme to make sure that the pet odors were eliminated - and he asked first if we wanted this rather than not doing it at all or using the product w/o asking first. We will definitely use Alpine again and request Robi. We also hope to try your home cleaning services as well at some time.

Not what I expected. I recently had them out. They upset me so much, this is the first review I"ve written for a company. First off they were an hour late. All I wanted was 3 rooms clean and the guy kept trying to sell me stuff and kept pushing some scotchguard protector stuff on me, like a used car salesman. When I wouldn't buy more he got to work and was in & out in about 1/2 hour. He didnt really get the stains out and the traffic areas were still dark. Plus it took almost 3 days for the carpet to dry. I called and complained, they told me the owner would call me back. Its been almost 2 weeks and still haven't heard back, not that it matter I dont want them back. He also dumped his dirty water from his machine in my yard....Not happy about that.....
