Tips for Split End Salons

Designer Turnover, Otherwise Recommended.
I've used the Mukilteo and Shoreline Split Ends for years.
Mill Creek Towne Center is my new favorite.
There are some great designers there; young girls, fresh out of the artistry schools.
Really reasonable with cuts and colors + better service than Gene Juarez.
Appointments are generally on-time.
The only problem I've found is a turnover with the stylists.
2 different times I've made appointments, and then been called the morning of, and informed that my designer wasn't able to make it into work that day. The salon has always been able to squeeze me in with another designer, at the last minute, and they've done just as great of a job.
I usually make appointments with the newer designers, since they are a bit cheaper, and actually quite skilled ; they're fresh out of school.
I'd give it 5 starts if the atmosphere was a bit more like a "spa".
