We were impressed and saved thousands $$$$. When one of our work vans broke down, we brought it to another local place to get fixed we've been using for years. We not only had very bad customer service, they told us it would be $5800 to fix cause it needed a new engine. Since our van wasn't worth that and we would have to scrap it if that was the case, we wanted a second opinion and brought it to TPN, where we had just had a swing arm added to our trailer and had had a positive experience. After their diagnostics, they thought they had found the problem and could fix it without replacing the whole engine. Sure enough we just picked it up the other day and $1750 later its running great.

I was kind of surprised when I saw these other reviews. Something must have changed since they were written because we had 3 good experiences there now in the last few months.

worst trailer dealership in the area. I went to buy a trailer.. no problems with the trailer but also bought a truck. the clutch went out the second week I had it.. took it in to get repaired. never done....they had the truck three weeks.. lied about fixing it but charged a high amount... told me they were gong to take it to the dealer, never happened.. lied about taking the truck in... screamed when confronted on this... truck returned to me, completely in disrepair.. had to go to dealer to get a second clutch.. don't go to this place for anything. they lie and rip people off... and don't follow through and don't return calls and over charge. STAY AWAY

Bait & Switch.. I have experienced bait & switch in about 1982, by a dealership that was prosecuted and convicted for it. So I am wary. When I went to call on the cheapest horse trailer listed on Northwest Trailers web site I wondered if it would really be available.

Although I rang on a Tuesday, the trailer which had been on the web site for weeks, had sold yesterday, i.e. Monday. This is suspicious enough, because your average horse owner works on Mondays to pay for our ridiculously expensive sport.

I asked if I could get another one at the same price, and was told it would cost just a little more (I didn't ask for a quote) but it would take 3 weeks to order one. This happened to me before when I experienced bait & switch. The last time, it was a case of the company waiting until customers get tired of waiting, then they offer you something more expensive, but available now.

I was then told that they already had a deposit from someone else who wanted one. Wow, not only had this trailer that had been on their web site for weeks sold just 24 hours ago, on a Monday, but someone else had also apparently just missed the trailer (which had been on the web sit for weeks, remember?) wanted one and ordered it within the same 24 hours!!! on a Monday.

I do not believe it is just a big coincidence that the cheapest item in their online inventory happens to have sold YESTERDAY, it is just to old a trick, and anyone in sales knows it.
