They kept my water off for nearly 2 weeks!. They gave the lowest quote to repair a leak in the water line that connects my house to the water main. They knew that my water was shut off, and that this was an emergency. The day they said they'd show up, there was no sign of them. Calls and emails were not returned. Many days later, I had to use someone else to get my water back on.

Terrible Customer Service. I stayed home from the office the entire day, and no one ever showed up for the scheduled appointment. The window I was given was noon to three. When no one came, I called Rudy's and was assured that the plumber would arrive by 4:15 - an hour and a quarter late.. After waiting until the end of the day, and realizing no one was coming, I again called and learned that the office closed at 4. Not only did the plumber not show up, but no one ever even called to let me know he/she wasn't coming or apologize.
