Terrible Customer Service. I stayed home from the office the entire day, and no one ever showed up for the scheduled appointment. The window I was given was noon to three. When no one came, I called Rudy's and was assured that the plumber would arrive by 4:15 - an hour and a quarter late.. After waiting until the end of the day, and realizing no one was coming, I again called and learned that the office closed at 4. Not only did the plumber not show up, but no one ever even called to let me know he/she wasn't coming or apologize.…
